In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to Lisa Moutrey at the Smithers Regional Airport comprising of 270 sq. meters, by way of a 5 year lease agreement at rents of $720.00 in the first year, $741.60 in the second year, $763.85 in the third year, $786.76 in the fourth year, and $810.37 in the fifth year, for the purpose of aircraft parking, commencing December 12, 2023 and ending on December 11, 2028.<\/p>\n
