Throughout British Columbia, more than 1,200 Community Living organizations deliver essential supports and services, helping individuals to thrive with dignity, respect&nbsp;and inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>These organizations provide person-centered services ranging from residential care to employment support, day programs&nbsp;and skills development. The focus on individualized care helps people discover and live their best lives every day. By featuring stories of people who have found rewarding careers within this field, the campaign showcases how returning workers, newcomers to Canada&nbsp;and recent graduates have built fulfilling careers in this vital area.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;We are seeking individuals passionate about making a difference and who aspire to join a truly inclusive, supportive workplace,&quot; said a spokesperson for the campaign. &quot;Our communities need dedicated people ready to embrace life-changing roles.
