He said the pow wow was still going on at the time the lightning started.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;There was a spotlight special so there was dancers in the dark with the lightning in the background,&quot; he said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Laceese does&nbsp;cultural work with communities, advocating as a youth, he told the Tribune.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed embed-jwplayer\"
