Nine B.C. restaurants have found themselves among the top 50 hotel restaurants in Canada based on OpenTable and KAYAK's research.<\/p>\n
Most of the B.C. restaurants on the list are based in the Lower Mainland, including the Michelin-recommended Botanist, Notch8, ARC, and the Victor — Parq Vancouver in Vancouver, and ATLAS Steak + Fish in Burnaby.<\/p>\n
The Courtney Room and Tea at The Empress in Victoria, Lakeside Dining Room — Hotel El Dorado in Kelowna, and the Brickworks in Whistler round out the B.C. locations.<\/p>\n
According to their research, 64 per cent of Canadians believe that hotel restaurants are a dining option open to both tourists and locals alike, while 68 per cent say they would book the same hotel again because of a positive dining experience in its on-site restaurant.<\/p>\n
