Professional Bull Riders are in Kelowna on July 17 for the Okanagan Challenge. 

B.C.'s Jake Gardner is glad to be back in his home province for the competition. 

"British Columbia is my favourite place to rodeo," Gardner said. "The atmosphere and the vibe here are just awesome."

Gardner sits second in the Canada National Standings at 610.17 points, just 166 points behind Saskatchewan's Dakota Buttar. The 2024 Okanagan Challenge winner Jared Parsonage ranks third overall with 405 points. 

Riders and bulls square up at Prospera Place at 7 p.m.
