It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Great-Grandpa ROY.
He passed peacefully with his family by his side at home. Roy was born in Paradise Hill, Saskatchewan and later met his wife Lil in Belbutte, Saskatchewan. They were married and moved to Telkwa, BC in 1957. Roy & Lil just celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary on July 15th.
Roy & Lil lived in Telkwa for over 50 years, raising their 4 children. They had a very full life together, raising a family, being community service volunteers, joining and
participating in clubs, teams,music and dancing, always having an open door to family and friends.
He will be missed by many.

Roy is survived by; his loving wife Lil Chick
Children; Marvin Chick (Catherine), Muriel Bruintjes (Colin), Tracy Godfrey (Robert), Daughter-in-law Kim Chick
Grandchildren; Emily Chick (Dylan Wojcichowsky), Jayme White (Connor), Matt (Tigger) Bruintjes (Amanda), Kayla Watrich (Chad), Daron Bruintjes, Aliesha Glover (Derek), Blake Godfrey
Kevin’s Children; Ross Chick, Ben Grant and stepsons Chase Wentzell and Justin Watson
Great Grandchildren; Elliott White, Jaden, Noah and Paisley Bruintjes Carson, Callie and Chloe Watrich Glenn, Zachary and Paul Glover
Brother-in-law; Doug Hawkins (Kelda)
And many more family and friends that loved him.
