Meeting for Owners of Short Term Rental Units

The Town of Smithers invites operators and owners of Short-Term Rental units to attend an information session on the new Provincial Short-Term Rental (“STR”) Accommodations Legislation, and the subsequent municipal regulation and how the new legislation may affect local STR operations, including Bed and Breakfasts .

• April17, 2024, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm

• April 18, 2024, from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm
